Head Creative Director
Rahul thrives at the intersection of business, creative and technology. At Proof he
is focused on developing deep communication possibilities for our client’s and
partners, with a special emphasis on branding and digital solutions. His measured
and disciplined approach to life and the people around him typify the values and
integrity that we hold dear as our mandate in Proof.
His experience in the sector is unrivalled for the region having served as a former
Creative Director and Business Head in advertising (Executive Vice President at BPG)
he honed his depth and breadth of experience in digital marketing strategy, tactical
communications and brand development and roll-out architecture.
Rahul also brings with him a tenacious ability to create long lasting and meaningful
relationships having served as sales and marketing head for a network of TV channels
(ZEE) in India as well as head of a LOWE LINTAS office (Chennai).
Head of Operations
The very dynamic Mr. Ibrahim leads the digital and social media communication team at
Proof and oversees and supervises the agency’s social media accounts and their
online platforms to ensure the client’s vision and specific requirements are
achieved in totality.
Born and raised in Jordan, Mubarak has spent most of his professional life working
within the GCC with a particular focus on United Arab Emirates, and he is one of the
longest serving members of Proof. A lateral thinking communications specialists he
is also responsible for providing strategic counsel to clients as well as internal
teams by way of introducing innovative communication ideas and tactical approach,
digital best practice and how to best utilise online opportunity.
Digital Account Director
Elizabeth Snoddon specializes in digital communication strategies, with a focus in
social media. Elizabeth’s social media experience in the Middle East over the past
four years ranges from government relations, to executive positioning, to consumer
marketing and B2B relations.
Before moving to Dubai, she held communications positions in New York in industrial
and interior design as well as in the fashion industry, where she organized and
implemented customer events and stakeholder engagement programs for her clients i.e.
Vogue Night Out.
Elizabeth is a graduate of LIM, the fashion and retailing university in New York
City. During this time, she served on the staff of U.S. Senator Jim Jeffords of
Vermont in Washington, worked at Vogue.com within the Beauty Department in the U.K.
and held various posts in sales and store management in the retailing industry.
Head Manager for Proof Insights
Thomas has over 16 years of experience in media intelligence and media tracking under
his belt, he manages Proof Insights, the in-house media monitoring division of
Proof. Thomas leads a team of highly trained specialist executives in undertaking
the various roles within the unit covering analysis and reporting for English and
Arabic media whether offline or digital.
He has the formidable task of ensuring all our valued clients are informed and up to
date as possible about their daily press coverage across all regional print,
dailies, magazines and other trade publications and titles.
Thomas has lived in United Arab Emirates since 1998, having served prior at Bates
Pangulf in the public relations team before emigrating to ASDA’A Burson Marsteller
and the Proof.
Social Media Accounts Manager
Ruba is a specialist in regards to developing and amplifying highly engaging stories
for our key brand clients across the entire suite of social media platforms with the
objective to boost brand exposure that lead to quantifiable traction and results for
any brand’s online presence.
Her meticulous eye for detail coupled with the ability to embrace with passion all
that she undertakes has been a key driver in our continued social campaigning
successes. Always one for a new challenge and never one to shy away from a “big ask”
she has gained the trust and deep respect of regional and international brands.
Having over four years of experience in social media she has worked with great
clients such as AVAYA, Omniyat Properties, Msheireb Properties, Turkish Airlines,
Dubai Parks & Resorts, The Mohammed Bin Rashid Foundation, Sharjah Tourism and many
Dhanesh (Dan) is our secret creative weapon and we make sure to unleash him at every
opportunity we can. He has deep expertise in graphic design and illustration for
both traditional media and digital platforms. He leads the creative department at
Proof through a combination of strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to
reach and mentor his creative disciples.
Originally hailing from the beautiful Kerala Dan has been plying his trade in the
Middle East as far back as 1998 and has worked with such clients as; MBC, Aljazira,
Dubai Chamber, Shell, Ford and Crescent Enterprises to name a few, while always
delivering exceptional results.

Tarek is our very own die hard car fanatic, which will be music to the ears of our
automotive clients he has a demonstrated history of working many years in the public
relations and communications sector. As well as been a talented social media
communications specialist he is also very conversant on regional market research and
data analytics, this combination of digital savvy twinned with a methodical approach
to dealing with the facts on the ground make him a valued addition to any client

Digital Accounts Manager, Qatar
Our plucky man overseas (Qatar), Kalid manages our Doha operation and runs an
extremely tight ship in the process. His main responsibilities are Social media
content planning and creation, covering live events, generation of social media
reports, crises management, brand awareness, community and brand management for
multiple Qatari clients.
Kalid has been in the digital scene for over 4 years and comes from a creative and
advertising background underpinned with his acute technical knowledge gained from a
Bachelor’s Degree of IT in Management Information Systems at Yarmouk University.
An expert at juggling multiple tasks while keeping demanding clients happy.
Konstantins is a true creative professional and specialises in producing beautiful
video experiences for most of our clients. His video production experience dates
back to 2002. And he has worked at several major music labels as a mastering
engineer, video engineer, designer and executive producer.

3 years and does an exceptional job, firstly managing to deal with his desk partner
Abdullah in a very patient manner and secondly keenly monitoring Arabic newspapers
and magazines of GCC and Pan Arab markets for his rather large portfolio of

Technology at University, Abdullah has been with the team for over 8 years keenly
monitoring media on a daily basis, noting gets past Abdullah without it gets
clipped, scanned, logged and reported on.
A native Arabic speaker he monitors all Arabic & English newspapers and magazines
across the GCC and Pan Arabian markets for a multitude of international and local
clientele. Before joining the media monitoring division Abdullah worked extensively
in the private sector in United Arab Emirates and as a senior in the monitoring unit
he ensures that reports and filings get done on time every time.

Mr. Lloyd John has been with our media monitoring service for the last 8 years and as
one of the longest serving members in this diligent outfit there is nothing that he
does not know about his portfolio of clients and how to get them the key information
and on-the-ground reporting that they need to conduct business and devise market
beating strategies across the GCC.
A native of Kerala, Lloyd has been in United Arab Emirates for many years having
previously studied the Arts at Mahatma Gandhi University and gaining a COPA
certification from ITC in India he is a dedicated team player who brings a very
methodical and organised approach to all that he undertakes within our media
Adrian has been with us since 2005 and works in the INISGHTS team as a PR Coordinator
he prepares daily and monthly media coverage reports for agency clients, for the
review of senior team members as well as this he develops and maintaining media
relationships to maximise coverage of news stories issued by clients.
Our very own princess in the team, Princess has been with us since 2013. This
persistent and highly professional PR coordinator works diligently within the
INSIGHTS team to ensure that all media monitoring and analysis is prepared and
distributed correctly to the internal teams and the clients.
Packing a Bachelor of Science in Business administration with her major in marketing,
she comes well equipped to tenaciously juggle our growing portfolio of blue-chip
corporate and government clients.
Edvhielou works as a PR coordinator in our INSIGHTS team dealing with online research
media monitoring and administration.

networking event this charming young lady is diligently ensuring her clients keep
abreast of their media public relations coverage by tracking dailies, magazines, GCC
papers, online and social press releases.
Melanie is another long-standing member of the media monitoring division and has been
with us for over 8 years, she is a self-confessed problem solver who thinks outside
the box to find innovative solutions to any issues we face. As well as her permanent
‘can-do’ attitude she brings with her a wealth of experience from her years in the
private sector working with many high profile clients.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, energetic, and create professional with comprehensive
experience in marketing and sales. Jennifer has proven ability to create and execute
high impact custom marketing plans, develop sales dashboards, insights and
strategies and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Rachelle works in Proof INSIGHTS as a PR coordinator maintain exceptional
relationships with local and regional media. She drafts and distributes press
communications, and media invitations for client events and acts as liaison between
the media and the clients during these events.
Jessica is highly efficient in prioritizing job responsibilities, there is no job to
large she cannot handle.
She possess good organizational ability, time management skills, detail-oriented,
