Should an enterprise prioritize innovation irrespective of its digitization input? Yes, every business needs to have some sparks of creativity, and an innovation is the end-product.  <\/p>\n<p>Regardless of your position in a business, don\u2019t mix digitization with your innovation drive. Doing so will only dampen any progress made in the latter segment.  <\/p>\n<p>How innovation is attained varies greatly when compared to digitization. While the latter is a continuous process to enhance the dexterity with which a business operates, it is an entirely different scenario with the former. Frankly, the inventiveness of your establishment is consistent with the performance of its digitization stride.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EVALUATING A POSSIBLE BREAKTHROUGH IN YOUR INNOVATION DRIVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This highlights the greatest divergence as it concerns how both \u2013 innovation and digitization \u2013 are measured.  These initiatives are intended to alter the actions of its target group. But the difference here is the category of people.  Digitization aims to change the capability of the workforce, but consumers remain the interest of the company\u2019s inventiveness.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW CAN AN INNOVATION THINK-TANK QUANTIFY IT AND COLLABORATE WHEN NECESSARY?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customer satisfaction and profit-making are the basis on which the performance of the innovation team is judged. The influx of better products in the market and a much stronger customer base are the rudiments of a positive outlook for the innovation team.  <\/p>\n<p>An overwhelmingly positive result without any problems will see an improvement in revenue for every department concerned. While assessing the progress made along the journey is critical especially, when you consider the effect on your performance going forward, it is not the final destination. <\/p>\n<p>The statement \u2018nothing is certain\u2019 couldn\u2019t have a more practical application than innovation attempts. Your concept and ideas can come to naught along the same lines as the digitization blueprint of your business.<\/p>\n<p>Digitization often crumbles from a lack of adequate collaboration, welfare packages, and a dull innovation department. Attempts at creativity collapse when they are carried out in isolation. <\/p>\n<p>A collective input works best for innovation, and this shouldn\u2019t be limited to the periphery of the innovation department. Also, endeavour to streamline your activities in every ramification, so it matches the objectives of the enterprise.
