Case Study
Web design direction for one of the world's largest vertically integrated agribusinesses — communicating global supply-chain scale and food-security ambition across 23 countries.
Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Al Dahra is one of the world's largest vertically integrated agribusinesses — a critical pillar of the UAE's food security strategy.
Operating across 23 countries on six continents, Al Dahra controls the full agricultural supply chain — from cultivation and harvesting through processing, logistics, and distribution. Its product portfolio spans forage crops, grains, fresh produce, animal feed, and dairy, with major producing operations in the USA, Argentina, Spain, Romania, South Africa, Pakistan, Sudan, and India. As a preferred supplier to UAE sovereign food reserves, Al Dahra's mission is to protect food security through globally diversified, owned-and-operated agricultural supply chains — and its digital presence needed to communicate that scale and credibility with equal authority.
End-to-end design direction — from information architecture and visual strategy through to UI, responsive layout, and brand application.
Al Dahra is a leading agriculture and animal-feed company with operations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa — spanning forage, fresh produce, dairy, and commodities.
The challenge was communicating its global scale and supply-chain strength in a clear, compelling visual direction.
I developed a web design direction exploring how Al Dahra's global operations, logistics, and supply-chain expertise could be presented online — establishing structure, hierarchy, and a tone that balanced agricultural heritage with corporate-scale credibility.
A structured approach to translating a complex, globally diversified agribusiness into a clear and compelling digital presence.
A complete digital design direction — from homepage and global operations through to sector hubs, supply-chain content, and a responsive design system.
