Case Study
A modern, responsive website for one of Egypt's most established real estate developers.
Seven decades of landmark development — and a digital presence to match.
Tameer Misr is one of Egypt's most established real estate developers, founded in 1954 and responsible for some of the country's most recognised residential and commercial landmarks. Over seven decades, the company has pioneered affordable housing, built entire communities, and left a physical mark on the Egyptian urban landscape that few developers can claim.
Despite that legacy, Tameer's digital presence hadn't kept pace. The brief was to build a website that reflected the scale and ambition of the portfolio — putting the projects at the centre, communicating the company's heritage with confidence, and giving prospective buyers and partners a modern, responsive experience worthy of the brand.
End-to-end product design on a responsive website for one of Egypt's most recognised developers.
Defined the site structure and navigation model — organising a complex property portfolio into a clear, browsable hierarchy.
Mapped end-to-end flows for buyers and renters — from discovery and search through to property detail and enquiry.
Designed an image-forward visual language that reflected Tameer's scale and heritage while keeping the interface clean and navigable.
Delivered designs across desktop and mobile — ensuring the experience worked at every screen size for both buyers browsing on the go and partners reviewing on desktop.
Since 1954, Tameer has delivered some of Egypt's most celebrated architectural landmarks and pioneered affordable housing for multiple generations.
The challenge was translating that heritage and scale into a modern, responsive web experience that spoke to both legacy and ambition.
I built a responsive website that balanced Tameer's heritage with a contemporary feel — letting their portfolio of developments and landmarks lead.
A clean, image-forward layout and clear structure made it easy for prospective buyers and partners to explore projects across the country.
A structured approach — from understanding the portfolio to a fully responsive delivered website.
Explored Tameer's breadth of residential and commercial developments, their target audiences — buyers, renters, and partners — and the key jobs the site needed to do.
Built out the site map, defined navigation hierarchies, and mapped the primary journeys — search, browse by project type, and property detail exploration.
Moved from low-fidelity wireframes to polished visual designs — building an image-led layout system that let each development's photography lead the experience.
Designed for both desktop and mobile from the outset — ensuring layouts, navigation, and property detail views worked fluently at every screen size.
A connected set of experiences — from first visit through to property enquiry.
Designed search and filtering for both buying and renting — allowing users to browse by location, development type, size, and price range. Made it easy to narrow down a portfolio of dozens of developments to the right few.
Created rich detail views for each development — exterior photography, interior layouts, available unit types, and amenities. Designed to give prospective buyers the depth they needed to make an informed decision before ever making contact.
Defined the full information architecture for the site — organising a decades-long portfolio into a navigable structure. Designed a navigation model that worked for both first-time visitors exploring the brand and returning users looking for specific developments.
Designed the full experience across desktop and mobile — adapting layouts, navigation patterns, and image treatments so the site felt native on every device. Property browsing on mobile was a primary use case and informed decisions made throughout.
A responsive website that puts Tameer's portfolio of celebrated developments at the centre.
Projects shown include live work, pitch deliverables, and design produced as part of embedded or collaborative engagements. Some work was completed as part of a wider team. Deliverables reflect the scope and direction at the time of engagement — the live experience may have since changed, launched in a different form, or not proceeded to production. All brand assets and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed here for portfolio reference only.
