Campaign for 1/JBR
What is 1/JBR?
One JBR is a 46 storey residential skyscraper located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, in the Dubai Marina area. The project was launched by Dubai Properties Group.

Overview
THE BEST NEW BEACHFRONT – Imagine Dubai’s Finest Beach combined with luxury, privacy and an urban style. Rising elegantly against the Dubai skyline, this vibrant upscale tower, stands as an iconic structure at the entrance of JBR. Offering 2 to 4 bedroom apartments and 5 bedroom Penthouses 1/JBR is a blend of contemporary and timeless design along with exquisitely crafted interiors and spectacular views.
Aim / Goals
- The objective was to drive as much high quality, targeted web traffic to the landing page as possible
- Engage the end users with attractive payment plans and interactive enquire forms.
- Convert flowing web traffic to potential leads.
Production
The strategy was to setup the most efficient Omni Channel campaigns in Google AdWords network to achieve the goals. The targeting was comprised of ads on GDN with specific targeted countries and cities. Setup covered almost 17 campaigns for 1/JBR in 5 different countries targeting 3 different languages (English, Russian, and Arabic) in google display networks which is below:

Search Network
After analyzing the competitors for the appropriate keywords that end user can possibly type in google for luxury properties the campaign was set up to target a full list of 100 keywords.
Display Network
The campaign achieved remarkable traffic through GDN as it involved remarketing which targets returning users of the website /landing page. There is sync between website /landing page and the adwords which are generating the ads dynamically using the business data model which is verified through the website. The campaign also targeted audiences using affinity and in-market audience in GDN interested in luxury brands and products.
YouTube ADS
We created 1JBR video ad campaign that is enabled as a preload (Instream Video ad), and related search video ad on YouTube network and affiliated partners sites. Audiences are targeted in YouTube channels who are interested on luxury brands and products. The video achieved 32,285 views within the first 20 days.
Timeline
The campaign was set up for one month (24 Aug, 2016 – 24 Sep, 2016).
